Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all our products *except our custom furniture. Please contact us before placing an order for custom furniture for accurate shipping rates.
What is shipping policy cost for custom furniture?
Our custom furniture collection shipping cost varies. Pricing for shipping depends on location and weight of final product. Please contact us for shipping cost before placing an order for any item in our custom furniture collection.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for all item delivery expect custom furniture. Shipping time frame for our custom furniture can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you order more than one product please accept to receive separate deliveries per item.
What is shipping procedure for custom furniture?
Product in our custom furniture collection are ship via Freight to residential address. In that case we will make a crate for it and ship with a freight company that is familiar with your area. We will need your phone number so they can call you to arrange the delivery. Unless you have a forklift handy, plan on having help to get it off the truck and in the house. It is the rare truck driver who will be able to help unload past his/her tailgate.

We work with historical wood and recycle old wood from construction site.

WOOD CARE/FAQs:
How do I prevent water stain in reclaimed wood furniture?
Immediately sweep the surface of top equally including dry areas with a wet cloth. Use a dry cloth to finish off to absorb more water. It's a good idea to use a coaster underneath glasses or coffee cups to prevent water rings from forming.
Why avoid placing custom furniture in direct sunlight & heat sources?
Strong constant sunshine can sometimes change the color of wood. If you want to prevent this, use curtains or blinds to regulate sun exposure.
Reclaimed wood tops should be kept a safe distance from direct heat sources such as fireplaces/heaters/radiators as the wood can dry out and cause cracks. A temperate stable environment is best.
What is the proper maintenance and care for custom furniture?Regular dusting with soft cloth is recommended. A soft damp cloth can be used to wipe down tops. Furniture polish is not recommended. Tops will have some shallow cracks in which some crumbs will fall. Simply using a small paint brush to extract crumbs can easily solve this issue. We apply 5 coats of clear satin water based polyurethane to our table tops. Over time, you may wish to brush a thin fresh coat to restore finish.
